Hi there,

I like the site and the menmonics seem to be explained very clearly. My emmory is now a lot better than it was.

One thing that I have found a bit tricky though is the mental database. As an idea it seems pretty sound, however when I get down to it I find the techniques pretty difficult to grasp. Gives me a headache if I'm honest.

Any thoughts or tips to make it easier?

Hi Mem,

To be honest, the Mental Diary is like all the other systems, but on a larger scale. It's just a matter of practice. Once you get the hang of it though, then I'm sure that you'll find it feels as natural as all of the other mnemonic techniques.
